Natural Night time Make-up Tutorial!

 Hi lovely's! So today I decided to do a step by step makeup tutorial for you guys. You can use this makeup look to go to the movies, go out with friends to a restaurant, pretty much anything you'd like! Ok guys don't worry I am going to take you step by step with this look. 

Step 1: Apply your favorite foundation ( I decided to use L'oreal true match Lumi)

Step 2:  Fill in your eyebrows only enough to cover any bald spots you may have to give it that fuller looking eyebrow affect, try to focus more on filling in the middle and ends of your brows.  ( For my brows I used the elf eyebrow kit in medium)

Step 3: Apply any powder bronzer or liquid bronzer of your choice to the hallows of your cheeks, try to use a bronzer 2 shades darker than your skin. ( I used the MAC pro sculpting cream in the shade coffee walnut)

Step 4: Apply any eye primer you'd like *optional*. Eye primer will help if you'd want your makeup to stay on longer. ( I used the Urban Decay Primer Potion.)

Step 5: Apply any light shimmer color (white or light pink) to your brow bone to highlight and make your eyebrows look definer.( I used "sin" by Urban Decay)

Step 6: Take any matte light brown eye shadow and apply it to your eyelid *blend* (I chose the color buck by Urban Decay)

Step 7: Take a really dark brown shimmery color and apply that to your crease and start making a V starting from he ends of your eyelid and blending inwards *blend away* ( I decided to use Darkhorse by of course Urban Decay)

Step 8:  Curl lashes and apply your favorite coat of mascara to your eyelashes , try to focus more on the ends of your eyelashes to dive it that wing eyelash affect. Apply mascara to bottom lashes as well. (I used l'oreal Telescopic in carbon black)

Step 9: Take a any pink lipgloss/ lipstick and apply it to your lips. (I used the NARS Turkish Delight lipgloss)

Little Room Full of Big Happiness


Room Decor Is one of my fav things to do as a hobby!
It's so fun but sometimes it can be overwhelming :-(
My little tip is trying online shopping.. Sometimes you can get an extra discount. Cotton On is the MOST affordable place to find home decor. I also love Urban Outfitters.. But it can be a bit expensive!
With online shopping, you can find things that might not be sold in stores! How fun is that!!
Make sure you add a pop of color to solid colors or a plain room. It's chic and it will make you feel 10x happier :-) lol
At least for me, a pretty room is a pretty vibe.

My story and tips on how I lost 55 pounds in 4 months.

Beauty is being the best possible version of yourself inside and out. (My story)
It's true. Everyone should feel beautiful inside and out. Everyone. But for me I felt like that beauty also has to do with being healthy and feeling like you are healthy. Being in a shape and actually feeling confident with yourself. Before I went to my weight lost journey i didn't feel confident about how I looked and I feel like a lot of girls or even woman can relate to me. I never did anything about it, until one day I went to the doctors for a physical and my doctor had told me that i needed to start losing weight because I was so close to getting diabetes.  Imagine being 15 years old and having diabetes? Well that was my turning point. My brother was kind enough to help me loose weight since I knew nothing about eating healthy.
How I did it.
My brother and I started to run around my block. Whoever knows me knows that I hate running! I hate anything that feels like I am working out basically because most of those workouts require using your body. In a week I gave up running. I remember thinking "this is not for me I am never going to lose weight like this." So a couple weeks later I was lucky enough to find this workout video called "Hip hop abs" by Shawn T on eBay for $7.00. Uh, $7.00 for a workout video that is guaranteed to help you lose weight? I think yes! I love dancing and I also did research on it and everyone one who tried this video out loved it and they said that this video helped them lose a lot of weight and they attached pictures and I saw their before and after, and it gave me motivation. If they can do it I can also. So I got the video. I loved it so much and I defiantly recommend it to anyone who is trying to lose weight. Check it out! YouTube has trailers on this video.
Tips on what to eat. (Try to eat between 1,200 -1,500 calories a day. If trying to loose weight)
Now that you know what workout video helped me I want to talk about what I ate to help me lose weight as well. I am not a professional so I don't know if what I am about to listed is hat you are supposed to eat when you are trying to lose weight, but this is what helped me.
Breakfast: (7:00) Options
3 to 4 eggs but ONLY the egg whites.
(you can make it into a egg sandwich( whole wheat bread only) or eat it by itself, however you please.)
Special K cereal and Cheerios cereal.
-(Try to get fat free milk)
Oatmeal or a bowl of fruit.
Snack (11:00) Options 
ANY fruit or light butter popcorn(a bowl of popcorn only)
Hand full of nuts 
Lunch(2:30) Options
Veggie soup( No noodles)
Sand which ( try to use Pita bread, and turkey instead of ham)
Chicken Breast
Snack (4:00)

ANY fruit or light butter popcorn(a bowl of popcorn only)
Hand full of nuts 
Dinner(5:30) 
Spaghetti (whole grain pasta) 
Chicken Breast with salad
Fish
Shrimp and salad or shrimp on top or salad 
Veggie soup (No noodles) 

*NO EATING AFTER 6:00 AND DRINK LOADS OR WATER. (: 




I lost 55 pounds in 4 months because of determination and I know that anyone can do this. It will be hard at first, but I promise you it's worth it!
